Partridge Properties MN LLC was born out of a vision to fill a gap in the housing market. Our founder, Felicia Partridge, noticed a lack of high-quality, affordable housing options for families. Inspired by her own challenges and a desire to help others, Felicia decided to start her own business.
Leveraging her military skills – discipline, problem-solving, and teamwork – Felicia overcame the challenges of entrepreneurship. Partridge Properties MN LLC was born out of this vision. Our goal is to create innovative and affordable housing solutions that not only provide safe and comfortable homes for families but also contribute positively to the community.
